The Women’s Tour cycle race will be passing through Morton during it’s Chesterfield stage on Saturday10th June 2017.
This is an exciting opportunity to catch a glimpse of the top women’s cyclists right on your doorstep.
There are sure to be road closures and delays for a short while on the 10th June, so please be aware when planning any journeys.
There have been 6 van break ins in the Morton, Stonebroom and Shirland area between 22nd and 23rd March where power tools have been taken.
Please be extra vigilant and remove any tools from vans overnight if possible.
