There are cold callers ringing residents in Derbyshire claiming to be from D.C.C. informing them they have overpaid their Council tax and asking for bank details. Do not give any details as D.C.C would not cold call residents with an enquiry of this sort. Also council tax in Derbyshire is collected by District Councils.
